Today I'm celebrating my Dad's birthday. I love my Daddy so much and wanted to dedicate this post to celebrating him.

I'm always disappointed when I don't post daily. I'm amazed that I'm usually so tired I fall asleep and dream I've actually posted only to wake up and realize I haven't.
Okay enough about that.
It's Friday, TGIF!!! I'm so glad it's finally here. I'm exhausted and look forward to Saturdays so I can sleep in. Do you sleep in? Are you an early bird? What's your Friday night - Saturday morning tradition?
Tonight I know I have company coming, maybe after they leave, I can record a video. I have a couple Ipsy packages, Graze boxes, and a reveal.
My birthday is coming, yay, it's Wednesday, July 1st and I can't wait. I'm not doing anything special but it's my day and I'll celebrate. I think I want Benihana's, I want some delicious chicken fried rice with extra garlic butter, oh I can't forget the shrimp and zucchini too...yummy. I think I just made myself hungry lol. How do you celebrate your birthday?

I came home to a package from my Sorority Fashion Pal Sister (SFPS) and I am so excited.
Let me back up and give you a little history. About 5 years ago, I purchased a sewing machine. It's part of my journey to cease being a Plain Jane. I decided I would learn to sew so I can make items that I love but are either too expensive, cut wrong, don't come in my size, or the wrong material/color.
Okay back to now, my SFPS also wants to sew and challenged me (hence my package). I am so excited that I will be sewing my first piece soon. I will definitely film it so you can join me. Be on the lookout for my outfit and video.

It's Father's Day...I thought about composing a long dream out post about my dad but then I realized no combination of words could accurately describe and explain my dad.
I will say I'm his Baby, I always will be. I have immeasurable love for him. He's the best dad in the world for me. I don't doubt that everything he has does and will do is coming from his heart.

What a wonderful day...I spent my evening being motivated and encouraged by Joel Osteen. I love when I need uplifting and God send me messages. I love being uplifted and knowing I'm on the right path and positioning myself right.
I spent the evening watching Joel's videos on YouTube. I like how he gives you a message, shares stories, encourages, motivates.
I am encouraged to listen to his CD's. I will spend a good portion figuring out how to get them in my collection. How can I now subject myself to his message daily.

I hope you had an awesome day. Mines was great. First awesome thing today was that my Baby (son) "Moving On" program was today. My baby is officially a kindergartener now.
Then I received an award this evening for my participation in a work program.

It's Sunday, a beautiful Sunday...a day to rejoice and be glad. I hope your week is starting of on a great note, if not, speak positives into your day.
I have missed y'all the last couple days. I am working to meet a deadline so I've had to stay focused and haven't really been online. I hope y'all know that even when I don't post I'm thinking about you, the blog, the posts, the videos.
I think I'll use the rest of the day and begin switching out my hangers since I need to complete that. Hopefully I will finish today and nothing will be out. That's actually wishful thinking but I liked typing /thinking it will be done today.
