Hi Rubies-
I am back with a post.  I know it's been awhile but I really felt like writing and figured this would be as good an opportunity as any.  I'll try and post regularly....now my idea of regularly may not be your idea but nevertheless, I will try and keep it semi-consistent.
I know that I may be late to the party but I have finally gotten the hang of the liquid lipstick...better late than never :)  I bought a couple a few months ago and they slowly grew on me so I figured now was the time to grab some more with all the brands coming out and all of the new formulas and whatnot.  And of all the brands to choose from, which one did I choose to get my haul????  You guessed it......COLOURPOP!!!!

Now I have purchased a few items from Colourpop here and there from eyeshadows to highlighters to now, liquid lipsticks and I have NOT been disappointed.  The packaging is super cute, the products are consistently good and the price point cannot be beat.  I was initially intrigued with the metallics so I decided to pick up a few of those along with some more ultra mattes.

Of the ones that I have tried, and I've not tried very many of them, I must say, I really like them.  Lumiere 2 is so far my fav as I absolutely love a gorgeous dusty rose, mauve color.  I have so many of them in my lippie collection that I sometimes wonder why I continue to buy the exact same color.  I've included the swatches below:

If you are like me and want to "dabble" into the liquid lipstick pool, I would highly suggest the ColourPop brand.  My love of these just may help me branch out into the wider sea of brands but for now, I am content with my little slice of the ColourPop pool.

She Tried That: Konjac Sponge

I was very excited to try this sponge, I received it in exchange for my honest review. When I received it, it was so hard and I was doubtful that it would get as soft as it did as fast as it did. I thought that I would have to soak it for hours but I didn't. Once the sponge was soft, I tried it. I rubbed it all over my face. The funny thing is I have been watching video about the v peel and while using this on my face I thought about my skin peeling. Good thing it is not the peel because no skin started to peel. My face felt different after using it. It's felt more moisturized and smooth. I will continue to use this sponge and want to review it in about 3 months. Because my skin feel softer I am confident it is going to work even better long term.

She Tried That: Cariloha Bamboo Pillow

I am back again with another posting for "She Tried That!!!"  This is a review for a discounted Cariloha Bamboo Pillow.  I receive this for testing purposes and also to give our HONEST opinion.  I will tell you now that we will give you an honest opinion.  If we like something you will know because it will be in more than one video or blogpost. We will also tell you when we don't like something.  

My post today is about the Cariloha Bamboo Pillow. I received this 2 weeks ago and have been sleeping on it for a little over a week.  This pillow is soft, cool, clean, and green. I like this pillow because it is not too soft and it holds it shape. It's also cool, with all the hot days this pillow manages to not get hot. I usually flip my pillows during the night, I didn't have to flip this but once and I'm not sure if I needed to or if it was just out of habit.
